In a moment of stress, it’s important to acknowledge the feeling but allow it to be released just as it had entered. Finding a place of healing can be as simple as tapping into that healing place in your mind. By going there, it can create positive manifestations. I am sharing with you one of my most healing places. I took this video so that I could go back to it when I needed it and I hope you can find peace here too.
